CAREER BREAKTHROUGH BOOTCAMP

Are you sick of working in a job that no longer serves you?

If you know you deserve to get paid for doing what you love AND have it give you the financial security you need…

This is the sign you’ve been waiting for!

With the whole world slowing down due to the global pandemic, you’ve probably had more time to think about and evaluate your life.

Maybe you like your job, but you’re feeling under-appreciated and underpaid. Maybe you realized that you don’t even like your job in the first place. Maybe you even want to shift into an entirely different career path altogether.

But where do you start on making these big career changes?

We are opening up a Career Breakthrough Bootcamp to help you revamp your mindset and equip you with the tools to secure your next raise, your next promotion, or even land your dream job.

As two money coaches with different career trajectories, but that ultimately led us into entrepreneurship, we want to empower our fellow women to find a breakthrough in their careers. We are leveraging our unique skills and expertise to help YOU think outside the box and manifest the best opportunities for yourself, be that in the corporate space or out on your own!

In 4 sessions taking place over March, we will be using live videos, work sheets, journaling prompts, and other resources, to take it in turns walking you through four key concepts that will launch your career to places you’ve never dreamed.

What to expect

Week 1 - MANIFEST YOUR DREAM JOB

Hear Me Finance will talk you through how to determine what your core skills are and how you can effectively utilize them to uncover or create your dream job.

Week 2 - THE PERFECT RESUME

Everyday Finance Gal will review your current resume and provide customized guidance on how to improve it, as well as teaching you how to write a cover letter that won’t get skimmed over or sent to the bottom of the pile.

Week 3 - BADASS MONEY MOVES

Hear Me Finance will teach you how to prepare for every step of the interview process, as well as sharing methods on how to maximize your benefits and negotiate various other perks.

Week 4 - THE PERFECT CAREER

Everyday Finance Gal will share her tips on how to network in the workplace, set yourself up for promotions and advocate for pay increases. We will provide specific emails and templates to use.

You have all this to look forward to and more, as we talk you through other things such as honing in your negotiation skills and finding suitable mentors to support you on your journey.

Throughout the bootcamp, you will be given actionable items such as worksheets, scripts, and email templates to help you understand the topics we cover and put them into motion. You will have access to both instructors throughout August, and all live videos will be recorded for you to come back to whenever and as many times as you want.

If that’s not enough, we also have limited VIP spots, which grants you an additional personalized experience in the form of a one-on-one call with each of your coaches.
